Butter Moments™ products are perishable food items made from real butter and require proper refrigeration and handling.

By purchasing Butter Moments™ products, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Products must be refrigerated upon delivery

• Products should be stored and handled according to food safety standards

• Butter Moments™ is not responsible for improper storage or handling after delivery

 

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Butter Moments™ reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

• Limit quantities ordered

• Correct pricing or product description errors

• Request additional verification before accepting an order

Orders are not considered final until payment has been successfully processed.

 

Customization

Many Butter Moments™ products include custom designs, event details, or personalization.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization details prior to submitting an order, including:

• Design selections

Butter Moments™ is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.

Once production begins, customization details cannot be modified.

 

Production and Fulfillment

Production timelines may vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand, and event scheduling. While we strive to meet requested delivery windows, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Butter Moments™ shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Butter Moments™ ships perishable products using temperature-protected packaging.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Shipping carriers are third-party service providers

• Butter Moments™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and properly store the shipment upon delivery.

 

No Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of butter products, all sales are final.

Butter Moments™ does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Requests related to damaged shipments or order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include supporting photographs.

Failure to report issues within this time frame may result in denial of any claim.

 

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Butter Moments™ website are subject to change without notice.

Butter Moments™ reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error occurs, the customer will be notified and given the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the Butter Moments™ website, including but not limited to:

• Product designs

• Images

• Graphics

• Logos

• Website text

• Branding elements

is the exclusive property of Butter Moments™ and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of Butter Moments™ intellectual property may result in legal action.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butter Moments™, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use of the website

• Purchase or use of products

• Delivery delays

• Improper storage or handling of products

In all cases, Butter Moments™ liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

 

Food Allergy Disclaimer

Butter Moments™ products are made from real dairy butter and may be produced in facilities that handle other food ingredients.

Customers with food allergies or sensitivities are responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for their consumption.

Butter Moments™ shall not be liable for allergic reactions or food sensitivities.
