Return Policy

Butter Moments™ Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all Butter Moments™ orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once they have been produced and shipped.

Butter Moments™ are made from real butter and are prepared specifically for each order. Because these products require controlled temperature handling and food safety standards, returned items cannot be accepted or resold.

For this reason, Butter Moments does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production has begun.

 

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing their purchase, including:

• Design selection

• Personalization details (names, dates, text)

• Quantity ordered

• Delivery address

• Event date

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or does not match the order placed, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the package and product received

• A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be the result of a production or shipping error, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
